Residential building with commercial premises and garage designed on a V shape, with the apex lying on Avenida de Sarrià at the meeting point of the extension of Calle Entenza, with one side aligned to Calle Dr.Fleming attemtping a spatial continuity, and the other side orthogonal to the existing block on the Calle Bori i Fontestà, facing the new adjacent urban park.There is open space between the two wings of the building and the covered ground floor space at the apex; the remainder of the open space is private.
The composition of the volume and its urban image tries to reduce the impact of the building. The aim of the south-eastern end of the curved development is to become the orthogonal meeting point of the building with the Avenida Sarrià. Its positioning at the end of the calle Anglesola allows it to become an important nucleus of access for both cars and pedestrians, its height hinging between the two wings of the building.
